Fee Refund Policy


  1. No refund of Registration Fee shall be made under any circumstances, whatsoever. It is towards administrative expenses made by the academy.
  2. No refund will be made under any circumstances after joining the Short Term Classroom Courses like Crash course /Test Series Course.
  3. If any student pays the fee for any course other than Short Term Classroom Courses and applies for refund in the prescribed format in writing before the commencement of classes/course in the Academy, the admission fee and the 1st instalment of tuition fee paid will be refunded .The registration fee is non refundable.
  4. If a student of any course other than Short Term Classroom Courses, applies for refund within 15 days from the date of admission of the student in the prescribed format in writing ,100 % tuition fee paid will be refunded. ln case the entire fee (i.e. the registration, the admission and the first instalment) is not paid in full at the time of admission then the student will not be eligible for any refund. Registration and admission fee will not be refunded.
  5. Any refund application applied after 15 days of admission will not be entertained and will not be eligible for refund.
  6. 15 days shall be considered from the date of admission / start of the program (batch) of the student whichever is later and not from the date of joining of the student.
  7. The refund would be made in the form of the cheque in the name of parents only and would be processed within 3-4 weeks from the receiving and acceptance of refund application.
  8. The date of refund to be considered for the calculation of 15 days (as mentioned above will be considered the day the student/parent submits and acceptance an application to the Academy for refund and not from the date the student ceased to attend the classes.
  9. In case the student/parent has not paid the entire amount of registration and admission fees at the time of admission in that case the student will not be eligible for refund.
  10. Students should return all the Modules given to them at the time of submitting the refund application. The modules should be in unused condition else Rs 2000/will be deducted from the refund amount.
  11. Date of admission will be considered, when the student has filled & submitted the application form of Academy.

Note: Service tax paid at the time of admission amount is non-refundable.
